Orders for hats and/or socks placed on this site, will be processed/shipped every Wednesday.

No, items ordered on this site will not be shipped directly to your address. Once orders are processed each week, they will be sorted according to the METx "Affiliate Location" that customers selected during the checkout process. All items purchased on each specific location's orders, will then be shipped to directly to the each respective Affiliate Director. Once items are received by the Affiliate Director, they will be in charge of dispersing the items to each person that placed the order. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT "AFFILIATE LOCATION" DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED TO THE CORRECT AFFILIATE DIRECTOR.

Yes, items can be returned or exchanged. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping of any item ordered through the METx Team Store, that is returned/exchanged. Refunds of items that are returned will be issued once the items that are being returned, are received by METx Team Store. If an item is exchanged for a different size, the new item will be shipped to the Affiliate Director, once the returned item has been received by METx Team Store. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will only be accepted, within 30 days of the shipping date, and for items in new condition and their original packaging.
